Week 2 and 3

Went to bootcamp 3x week 2. Last week I went to bootcamp Mon- Thur.  I went to planet fitness one time.  Friday I was off work because I was In the room with my sister while she had her baby girl.Monday was crazy - we did agility ladders on our feet  and our hands.  About 6 different types of movements and 4x each.  I was exhausted just after that. Week 1 - Days 1-5

Hello there. I went to bootcamp Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday. I went to planet fitness Tuesday, Thursday and today (Sunday).  I think I did pretty good for this week. Bootcamp on Tuesday was pretty hard - I had to partner up with trainer Dan.  Tuesdays are core days - I went to planet fitness before hand and tanned and did 2 miles on the treadmill.Wednesday - Bootcamp - cardio endurance with some strength.Thursday - tanning and 2 miles on treadmill at planet fitness then bootcamp…See More

Back at it

Went to bootcamp today. I also went Monday morning too but don't remember.It was strength day.  4 sets of each movement.Warm ups.1. Kettlebell arm rows.2. equalizer bar with lunge squats.3. buddy trx system - resistance arm curls4. single legged squat sits.5. trx chest press and reverse6. scorpion squats7. pushups with the sliders8. slider lunges I had really bad cramps all day - which is no fun - still have it my period. It's been awhile....

Alright.  I'm back. It has been a hard couple of months.  Last month I found out that I had a large mass on my left ovary - went to the doctors and he stated that it could be a cyst or it could be endometriosis which he wouldn't know unless he did exploratory surgery and said I could have another unltrasound done in 6 weeks to see if the mass went away.  He said if I went back on the pill then the cysts will go away - which I already knew but if its not then what? Week 4 Day 3

Went to 530 AM bootcamp Saturday morning. It was about a 55 min class. 

We did heavy bags, suicides, sledge hammers with tires, squat jumps with weights, trx buddy row system, side sliders with bands, then the finisher was push up pyramid.

Thursday -

Went to boot camp and did 2 miles in 29 minutes.  I pretty much ran the whole 2nd mile... so i'm proud of myself.

Boot camp - it was strength day...

We did a lot of legs and arms.  I don't remember all of the stations but I was very sore.

Tuesday - didn't go to Monday class - was completely exhausted. 

Tuesday was abs.... I did go to planet fitness first and I went on the arc trainer for 30 minutes.

Boot amp consisted of a lot of core...

4 sets each station

1. planks with sliders on our feet.

2. Equalizer bar accordion things.

3. steelweights side throws

4. tossing the heavy ball back and forth but when you catch it you have to jump down into a plank right away.

Thanks for the encouragement Becky! Yes, I love Newman's Own light balsamic. I am only needing 1 tbsp. which is like ammmazing!! It is really good paired with some feta and strawberries, or pear and gorgonzola, it is also really good with avocado :-)
