Went to 530 AM bootcamp Saturday morning. It was about a 55 min class.
We did heavy bags, suicides, sledge hammers with tires, squat jumps with weights, trx buddy row system, side sliders with bands, then the finisher was push up pyramid.
Went to boot camp and did 2 miles in 29 minutes. I pretty much ran the whole 2nd mile... so i'm proud of myself.
Boot camp - it was strength day...
We did a lot of legs and arms. I don't remember all of the stations but I was very sore.
Tuesday - didn't go to Monday class - was completely exhausted.
Tuesday was abs.... I did go to planet fitness first and I went on the arc trainer for 30 minutes.
Boot amp consisted of a lot of core...
4 sets each station
1. planks with sliders on our feet.
2. Equalizer bar accordion things.
3. steelweights side throws
4. tossing the heavy ball back and forth but when you catch it you have to jump down into a plank right away.
Went to bootcamp 3x week 2.
Last week I went to bootcamp Mon- Thur. I went to planet fitness one time. Friday I was off work because I was In the room with my sister while she had her baby girl.
