MY 52 WEEK CHALLENGE (week 10)

WEEK 10My challenge – My biggest challenge was not to taste the food as I prepare Thanksgiving Dinner, I had 5 tasters/helpers and few more when I made the deserts. I found my hands going toward my mouth.The positive – Dinner with the whole family was great, all I did was apply portion control and use a small plate and pass on the deserts.My inspiration – My family noticed my weight lost and everyone encouraged me to keep it up.How I honor my body and soul - Shared my time with people who make…See More

Week 8My challenge - When I eat things, that I know aren't good for me, I tend to "feel fat" and guilty. WEEK 7My challenge –This week I have had the worse cast of heart burn, I could not eat or drink anything.  On Wednesday I call my Doctor, he asked a few questions and all I had to do was reorder my medications, Prilosec and Zantac.The positive – lying down or bending over was a no no for me, so off to my craft room.  I got an early started on making Christmas Cards and that made me feel better.  My inspiration – Was Monica over on youtube , she  had a 90 day challenge to eat healthy , and have…See More
