My challenge - The Holiday Season are upon us and my biggest challenge will be keeping my diet in check.
The positive – I feel good about the upcoming holidays, I know my goals and determine to keep them. I will need little help from my friends and family to come up with a good game plan and stick to it.

My challenge - When I eat things, that I know aren't good for me, I tend to "feel fat" and guilty. My challenge is honoring my craving without going overboard so I want feel guilty.
The positive – It’s been 8 weeks and I still have a positive mindset, I feel everything is possible to achieve.

My challenge –This week I have had the worse cast of heart burn, I could not eat or drink anything. On Wednesday I call my Doctor, he asked a few questions and all I had to do was reorder my medications, Prilosec and Zantac.
The positive – lying down or bending over was a no no for me, so off to my craft room. I got an early started on making Christmas Cards and that made me feel better.
