Krave seems to be a "gateway" food for me--like once I start eating it, not only do I want to consume the entire box in one day, but, it leads me to make other poor choices after that. I have also learned that it's not a good thing to have in my home--counts as a "danger food". :P

50lbs? I took me soo long and tho I do not think I look any diff my clothes are definitely bigger!
I was a very tight 20w...well I was prob more like a 22 but I refused to buy a 22 after the THIRD time losing weight/
Now my 16s are loose, tho a 14 I can not pull up over my large hips, (my hips are my biggest area, not my belly)

I have been Paleo for a month and a half, and I have lost 15.8 lbs!! finally broke that two year plateu! I also had real bacon for the 1st time in my life last month, ummm good! No more turkey bacon that I thought was better for me because it was low fat, not that it was made crap full of soy and chemicals!! And I got a a lb of organic bacon for $3! Well 16... days because day 11 was my birthday and I drank waaayyy too much, and had lots of cakes/cookies/candy/crap.
It was easy to bounce back! I am now down 10.5lbs (in 17 days) and my acne problems are 80%ish gone. I have my fiance eating primal too and now we have inside jokes and keep track of each other lol. I was given 6 Outback steak house gift cards for my birthday from all my family and friends - they obviously think I only eat steak.
