Week 9 Day 1- March 17, 2010

-23 pounds

I had my weigh in this week. I lost only 1 pound, but I am not surprised. I did not work out this week and I had a lunch that was not part of the diet. Plus I am not eating my breakfast as soon as I get up. So my metabolism does not get a jump start. I have not been a breakfast person for years, but I need to change my ways!!!

My blood pressure is now down to a normal range, and I am happy about that. That…

Just pluggin' along.

I do not feel so well this week, so I won't be posting much.

I had my weigh- in and lost three pounds. I still need to work on working out, but that may not be easy since I feel ill. I will try though.

Week 7 Day 6- March 8, 2010

I survived the weekend!

I was tempted to eat pizza but did not give in. This diet is good and then sometimes boring. It is meal replacement shakes and then two pre-made entres. After a while though I just want to eat something different. But I tell myself I have done well so far so why mess up a good thing.

I worked out today. I thought I was going to get two workouts in this week before my weight in, but I forgot that I have it on Tuesday…

Week 7 Day 3- March 5, 2010

I am having one of those days.

Well, I stayed up too late last night, so I am exhausted. And for some weird reason I am craving chocolate. Not a good combination! I think I will feel better after a nap. Sorry for rambling.

On a different note, I think I am going to look up local 5K's that will be coming up. I am fairly excited about doing one.

I started my diet plan in January of 2010. In August I started working out with a group of moms in a group called Stroller Strides. It has been awesome.

I am a mother of a toddler. Before being a stay-at-home mom I taught for twelve years. I have been overweight since I had a thyroid problem at the age of twenty. After sixteen years, many diets, and a pregnancy, I am venturing on a weight loss program.

Personally, I'd find a new dietician. Because you're obviously doing an AWESOME job. Just because there is room for improvement (and when is there NOT room for improvement?) doesn't mean that you're not doing GREAT!
