About Me:
Been dealing with weight issues my entire adult life. I've been as small as a size 11 in junior jeans(yes after I had my kids!) Right now I am at my largest Size 22 jeans 230 lbs :( I'm looking for support from people that know what it is like to be going through the emotions and letdowns of trying to lose weight. I seriously am so depressed at how I've let myself go, I basically stopped going out places with friends even going to the local Wal-Mart is humiliating for me. I'm ashamed to let former friends/co-workers see me. I know I need a life change. I am very well educated on dieting and exercise I know what I should do to make this go away but for some reason it's alot harder when you actually have to put the work in. I'm hoping this will help me.
Update:
I feel like I should somehow update this because that paragraph up there is the OLD me!! I'm never going back to her she was bad news, negative Nancy and just plain no fun to be around!! Today(Sept 19th )I weigh 140 pounds, 90 lbs gone since I have started this journey in the middle of February 2012 ....there have been A LOT of ups and downs...but one thing I have done is hung on!! A few times I really gave up, but I got right back up. This site and my friends on this site have helped me pull through so much. I consider these women my staples in life now. I wouldn't want to go more than a day without knowing what is going on in their lives. Update Feb of 2016 I've gained 40 lbs since this lil profile blurp...I'm working on getting that off now, the weight gain was caused by a horrible break up and just the heartache that follows ..eating my feelings. I know of course that that wasn't the way to handle the situation. .I'm just trying to pick myself up again..it's truly a struggle without my partner my inspiration my
"Swolemate" but I'll get there I just need to do this for me.

 Hey Ladies! Ive missed you. Hope everyone has been having a great summer. So many things have happened since my last post Im not even gonna try to begin. I guess you could say I got out of my rut. I started working out consistantly and hard in July. Lifting weights regularly again and doin 2 hour a day cardio. Im waitressing again its a great job and tips and amazing. I lost 14 lbs in July.  Thanks for the  comment, nice to know someone notices when Im gone! lol!  Ive been active on My Fitness Pal still just havent really made the time to get on and blog ..... sometimes I feel like I really have nothing to offer but my whiny posts about not losing weight. Hi Angie.  I can totally relate to what you have written in your profile.  In fact I probably could have written the exact same thing in mine.  I often wonder why I let it all go when I was down so low and why I let myself go as bad as I did.  I am trying to get back on that road to success again.  Maybe I'll see you there?  :)

I had shin splints when I first started and I did a walk/run program for 30 days.  The best thing I found was icing them for 15 min 2x/day. 
Once you get past the first month, you get hooked.  It is the strangest thing...

Angie, I can totally relate to your bio piece about struggling with weighloss for a LONG time, and for not wanting to see old friends.  Hold your head up high and just know that you ARE working towards a goal that is important to you!  I think you are doing awesome!

Okay... Last week I completely lost my drive and determination. You know what it had to do with?? The SCALE and my husband being the fucking douchebag that he strives to be!  I didnt share this on my MFP because idk I dont feel comfortable chatting about it but the reason why I lost my motivation is this...

Omg girls I hit my goal. 169 today. Just a week late! Haha. I figured out that my digital scale was broke today! Got on the spring scale that I had for a spare 169! I took a pic to show you but I can figure out how to post it from my phone!
