Good news from the physical therapist! She seems to think stretching will help my pain and once my flexibility is back I will need to do some strengthening. However, in the meantime I am able to bike! Although it's not the same as running for me, I'm thrilled to be able to do some kind of cardio to stay in shape. Also, anyone have a good upper body/ab workout they want to share? I'm gonna try to take the time to work on my strength while my ankle heals. As far as eating goes, today was…

I decided I need a way of tracking my emotions, which seem to be the sole reason that my eating/working out habits change daily. Lately I've been SO unmotivated, and although this is mostly due to a sprained ankle 3 weeks into my half marathon training, I don't think this should be an excuse to eat poorly as well. I'm just extremely frustrated for a variety of reasons:
