Dislikes- juice fasting (lol), being tired, extreme laziness, kale, olives, smelly socks, ignorance, rude people, talkin/texting while driving, bugs or critters, messy kitchens, my spelling lol, obnoxious people:)

Amy said… Brady- I agree that this summer has just vanished! It goes by so fast- this was my first year teaching credit recovery this summer @ my high school and I can't believe it's almost September. Good luck getting back to school. Do you have to attend Professional Development or seminars in your district?

Annabelle said… Thanks for your comment re: my son leaving to play hockey. I will have a bit more time for "me", but I still have 2 more boys at home that play.... hockey! lol I count all the travel time I do as "me" time... sometimes you gotta take what you can get! :)

We had our first snowday of the year today! Actually, I can't believe they even called off school because the roads were not bad- I think they threw us a bone, but I'll take it! Overall, it's been a pretty good week. I've managed to keep relatively active and have been eating much better. Yesterday I had a healthy breakfast and made good choices for most of the day...although I know towards the end of the day I had one more piece of spinach and goat cheese pizza then I should have. Since today is Ash Wednesday I fasted for most of the day. I had a small granola bar and an apple to keep me from passing out today during teaching. I came home and made fish tacos and salad and walked for 40 minutes. I'm feeling pretty good, although my throat is going nuts. School went really well until I got to my after school job and all hell broke loose :( and we got final confirmation about the house we put an offer on and learned they're going with another offer. I'm truly bummed…

Well, it's been several months since I've blogged. So it's been over two weeks since I last blogged. To be honest, a lot of things have come up, but nothing as important as my health lol. I've been semi-eating healthy but yesterday I managed to cave when t came to dinner time and enjoyed some sodium filled pizza and bread sticks.
