I couldn't decide if I wanted to keep my weigh in day the same since I started a new plan 3 days ago but I decided I would. I will actually be weighing Tues for my "Game On! Diet" and then on Thursdays like always since that will be the even amount of weeks that I have been on my journey to a healthier me. So today I am down another .6lbs from last week. I am happy with that since I went on a binge eating spree for four days. I have been on the "Game On!" plan for 3 days and I like it. …

Wow! Can we say WITHDRAWLS?!!! I woke up this morning with a pounding headache. I guess that is what happens when you go cold turkey on caffiene, white flour, and refined sugars. However, today has gone pretty well. I feel like I am drowing in all the water I am drinking though. :) Well I have to cut it short and sweet. Still have some things to do and I am on a time limit so I get enough sleep.

Well first of all I have been MIA. My last post was about me stumbling. Lets just say I didn't get up like I planned. I felt defeated and have been binge eating ever since. My mom proposed a new plan. I have been doing WW but I think I need a break. I have found myself eating within my points but not the healthiest. I have been eating more processed foods and drinking diet drinks. So the new plan is actually a game. This works for me because I am super competitive. You play teams…
