You may want to start with setting up your personal page. If you go to 'My Page' at the top it is a very user-friendly process on setting up your page, privacy settings, etc. You can also read and post under 'Blogs' which is found under the 'Members' tab at the top. There are also different discussion forums and groups you can join if you are interested. Do as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
