Time to get back to it!

So glad I found this blog again after... well about three years hahaha. I was cleaning out the inbox of my old email address and there it was!! Time to get back on track. My best friend's wedding is coming May 2016, and I am due to deliver my second baby this August 2015!!See More

"   I would recommend trying to eat small meals or snacks every three to four hours, and make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting a good amount of sleep. Dehydration, hunger and sleep deprivation are my three primary causes…"

Finally-- A Breakthrough!

      So, I was right about the scale- haha. Just up one pound this week to 187... But I was able to exercise over two hours every single day (except Saturday because my husband took me to the movies!) I am noticing a HUGE change in how I am feeling lately. It seems like I am finally dependant on these workouts. Everyday that I work out, I feel better and my mood is always so positive. I'm not changing who I am or what I want out of life. Just doing it better. Life is always crazy busy. I want to focus on healthy habits. Not just for me, but for my husband and our future family! I am not severely overweight, but I can stand to lose at least 30 pounds (and so can my hubby!). This is me reconizing the power I have and the responsibility of taking care of myself and my health.

End of another week...

     I feel really good about this week, but I don't think the scale will reflect my efforts! But that cannot be my focus right now. I have noticed that I'm losing some inches around my waist! Getting Started...

      My initial start weight was 195 this August 2012. It seemed unreal when I stepped on that scale.  I nearly had a heart attack! After my marriage in 2010 I had gained over 50 pounds. I knew I couldn't stay on that path-- I was gaining over 25 pounds a year! I decided to take control of my life (again) and join Weight Watchers Online. So far I am currently down to 186.
