1/4c. peanuts~midnight snack....

Breakkers: one small mr. coffee pot of coffee with liquid creamer( about 3 dreamy cups....), whole wheat wrap with turkey, mayo and spinach. 300+300ish=600

Snack: Doritos and 30ish animal crackers 140+260=400

Lunch: Chick-olay! 8pc. chicken…


Rollerblade anyone?

I am very excited about my new idea.  I decided to dig up my rollerblades and keep them in my car.  That way, I can whip it out at a moments notice and 'work out'.  So often I am doing car service for one of my kids. I have 3, one drives so she helps me by taking my youngest on her appointed eves and my son has sports every night at the high school.

Thursday 2/21

I decided to start a food journal today, for the first time ever....

1.Breakfast: Today I ate a whole wheat turkey wrap with mayo, spinach,turk nuked for 1 min. with my wonderful Mr. Coffee.  He is my man in the am.
