WOW! What a difference from your May 2010 suit photo! You look great! They say the hardest part is AFTER you lose the weight. Sigh......

Thanks Cindy. I hate to say it but in some ways it has become more difficult. Of course I still have another 30 or 40 to go. Coming to terms with it being a lifelong commitment seems to have helped a great deal for me.
