Down 27.7 lbs in 52 days!  So Happy!

I started my new way of eating on 7-28-2014 thru 8-13-2014 strict detox (17-day diet)

 

Cycle 1: Accelerate. This cycle promote rapid weight loss by improving digestive health, helping clear sugar from the blood to boost fat-burning, and discourage fat storage.

For these 17 days

I stated every morning with a hot cup of lemon water.

I ate ZERO processed or fast food; I ate unlimited amounts of non-starchy vegetables and unlimited amounts of lean protein (chicken & turkey breast & fish eggs mainly egg whites).

2- Fage zero Greek yogurts

2- Low glycemic fruits (Apples, plums, pears and berries) before 2: PM.

Lots of water and at least 3 glasses of green tea.

 

Down 13.7 lbs. in those 17 days

 

On 8-14-2014

A co-working told me that she was doing Paleo.  What is Paleo?  Did my research and I liked what I found. Seven Shades if Paleo

Going Lacto-Paleo gave me an opportunity to reexamine my relationship with food and focus on nutrient dense products.

Down 14 lbs. (35 days eating Lacto-Pale)

Exercise consist of walking and WII dance :)

Awesome. I have 17 day diet book. Done it a while
Back but it was hard to stay on for me with family at home
But i need to go grocery shopping so im really going to
Consider this again.
