Measure out amount of walnuts needed for protein. 10 grams for 2 points.
Put in fry pan and spray with maple syrup. Cook until fragrant.
(yes, I put mine in a Dollarama spray bottle).
For the salad
Spinach, cucumber,green apple,mushrooms,zucchini,strawberries.
Use a raspberry vinaigrette to top.
Top with cooled Maple crusted walnuts.
