Weight - Down 0.2 pounds. I will take it!
Exercise - Ran 5 days. Did 2 upper body resistance workouts. Held a fore arm plank for 1 minute.
Food - I ate too much. I found I do eat at work since food is so readily available.
Mood - So ready for spring baby!!
New month means time for goals.
1. Food plan.
2. Stop small mindless tastes, mini candy etc at work.
3. Keep with my workouts.
