No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I wanted to start a group where everyone makes a point of "checking in"once a week. It doesnt matter if you go all in and post your weight to start, lbs lost, lbs gained, before during and after photos, a message to others on how you are doing, recipes, programs or if you just come in to read and observe.
