I love Tofu Shirataki noodles, when I am super hungry I can eat the bag for only 1 point-the texture takes some getting used to but it is well worth it.

I have a recipe and I am
sure some of you have had it, tired it, made it but I thought I
would share. Its Coke Cake. its the easiest thing you will ever
make. Take a box of cake mix and add a 12oz can of diet
soda....thats it, nothing more. Bake it to the directions. I made
it last night and it was FANTASTIC. very light, moist and good!! I
used chocolate cax mix with diet cherry pepsi. I did the taste test
on my honey and daughter and they loved it (of course i didnt tell them what was
in it or they would have never eaten it) So I told my WW meeting
group about it and my insturctor and he gave me some other ideas so
I thought I would share them with you.

yellow cake with diet orange crush
spice cake with diet rootbeer
white cake with diet lemon lime soda
chocolate with diet cherry
**get creative with it!!!

The best thing is that its only 4pts per serving size (I made mine
into cupcakes) its easier for me to do it that way then to try to
cut up the cake and weigh/measure it out

now if you want frosting i used fat free coolwhip and i was thinking that FF pudding would be good too:)

What a good idea for a group. Lots of us are on WW and I think this could be a great tool. Recipe swaps always help, especially when you find yourself in a rut and needing something new! I think a great place to start is your local farmer's market or roadside farm stand. There is a lot of fresh local produce just waiting for you to discover it. This is the time of year I like to try something new, a fruit or veggie, or a technique I haven't used before. I am thinking of making a grilled pizza with some of my peppers and chives, and local tomatoes and cheeses. If I am controlling the amount of cheese that goes on top of my pizza I control my points and still will be satisfied with my meal!

Hi everyone ~ I just joined Blog to Lose last week and am delighted to see this WW support group. I've tried WW many times in the past but seem to get bored and fall off. I am looking forward to the tips and techniques and hopefully being of support to you all too. *hugs*

I hang my 10 pound ribbons on the refrigerator, so when I think I want something to eat I think about the accomplishments I have achieved so far. This really has an impact on my between meal snacking.
