While it looks like you are staying under your points.... it looks like your food intake consists of a lot of carbohydrates and few veggies. I would try and replace some of the carbs with proteins and add more veggies to your day. Just a start......

If you don't have enough fuel in your body--it won't work right. Rest is a big part of losing weight--getting enough sleep? I know when I just walk more each day I have better results on the scale. No matter what the scale says--if you are trying to eat better and exercising more then you are on a good path. I saw this yesterday at "It's No Piece Of Cake" That little voice in your head that says you can't do it is A Liar! Hope the days ahead get easier!
I'm with Jill and Nancy - more lean protein and produce. Definitely pay attention to your minimum point allowance. If you eat too little, your body will go into starvation prep and store more fat. Also, have you looked at how much sodium you're consuming? If you aren't getting enough water while consuming a high sodium diet, your body will retain and show a weight gain. I find that planning my day to meet the GHGs (to start) helps me more - for breaking plateaus and maintenance. Additionally, I always keep in mind that I will still have increases thanks to my hormonal uterus. Sometimes a girl just "needs" some Cheetos ;)
The road to weight loss and better health is full of hills, valleys and potholes. Try not to let them discourage you from staying on the journey :)
