Our Commitment

Our commitment is to Post daily how your day went, good or (especially) bad! Your post can be on your blog or here on the forum. It can contain your daily food journal or just a summary of the day. How ever you do, the commitment is to stay on plan one day at a time and to post something daily.

What we will do...
Everyday we will start a thread in our forum to post how we are doing throughout the day. Feel free to pop in anytime or just post at the end of the day to check in and report on your day.

One day at a time is what it takes to meet any goal! I'm with you, Roni. Tomorrow's gonna be a challenge....I've got a 2nd grade field trip to go on. Wish me luck!

Great day yesterday again...when I am hungry at night, I have been coming on here and reading...and just keep telling myself that tomorrow will be here and I have 24 more points is working..

I think this is a good idea , if you set your goals in a short term manner it seems easier , i need to do it one day at a time , so here i go , i will stay OP today and also i will get in my daily walk or some sorta exercise , it is supposed to rain here in Kentucvky today so i may not get to walk outside , but it looks pretty outside right now so maybe i will go get to in right now ,

One day at a time. I'm in. It is definitely easier to think one day at a time instead long term. Pretty soon the days will add up to a long time. I look back and can not believe I am coming up on my one year anniversary since starting weight watchers. I can not believe how unhealthy and out of shape I was when I started. I feel so much better now and will never go back. Keep up the good work gals.

I love this idea. I have a lot to lose, but if I concentrate on today and not worry about tomorrow or next week, it's easy to stay focused.

I'm in. :) I totally agree that it only takes one good day to get motivated. It's only 1pm and I only have about 6 pts left for today! :( I'll go for salad, cucumbers and fruit I guess. :) Hope I make it!

One day at a time? We sound like we're in AA, not WW! Just kidding. It's the way I try to take the plan. I do much better that way. If I start to think of choosing the chicken sandwich instead of the burger every day for the rest of my life, I get overwhelmed.

Count me in! :D

Guess I'd better go try to look up the nutritional info on IHOP's corn cake pancakes, so I can figure out how to count them, huh?
