I have lost 25 pounds and am now beginning to really struggle with staying on program with weight watchers. I am getting many compliments and that always seems to be when I start messing up.

first of all, it is great that you have lost 25 pounds! It is ok to struggle, we all do at some point. Take those compliments and use them as motivation to want to continue.

Hi, everyone. I really need support. Tammy, I lost 30 lbs and began to struggle with staying on program too. I have been maintaining for 2 years but I cannot seem to get over the hump ands stay on program. I am working out now and also we have some new health and wellness programs at work that I hope will help me. I know one thing, when I track my food, I lose. I realize that is the hardest thing but I intend to start tracking again tomorrow. Just take it one day at a time.
