Weekly Goals

I find it helpful to take some time on Sunday's to plan for my week and set some goals - does anyone else set aside time for planning and to refocus? What are your goals for the week?

Yes! I'm a bit selfish -- I keep Sundays all to me, just me! I let myself sleep in, then hit the gym for as long as I feel like, and go to the gym's cafe and have lunch (usually soup) there, write in my journal and just generally figure out where I'm at and where I'm going to go next. After lunch I do menu plans, and then do the shopping and just do what I want. I refuse to do anything that doesn't include me looking foward to the future -- I can do that on Saturday or Monday, but for me, Sundays are about refocusing and recharging.

That's great Katali! I'm working toward that but sometimes it becomes a sandwich day where I get a little bit of Saturday and a little bit of Monday.

I'll write more later when I've discerned my goals a bit more.

Walking an hour each day rain or shine.
Drink more water
Eating light in the morning
Meal planning

Whether it's late or early, I've got a new goal ... yoga 3x in next week and a walk each night. I'm thinking of doing a water cardio class starting June 22.

Goals for the week:

walk every day for at least 30 minutes
swim 2x
lift 2x
cardio at least 2x
yoga 1x
track everything, good or bad.
