Hi all! I'm a rising senior in college and this is just the group I was looking for. I've done Weight Watchers several times and was always turned off by meetings because the people weren't living my lifestyle! I'd love to chat about what we're facing and be there for you!

Hey everyone, I'm Kirsten.  My classes start Monday, too.  I have a broken foot, so walking to class is going to be a bit of a struggle.  I'm going to try to walk as much as I can, though, without it becoming a detriment.

 

Exercise is the bane of my existence - it just kind of overwhelms me.  I wouldn't mind exercising if I had someone to go to the gym with or just doing yoga at the house with.  What do you guys do to motivate  yourselves to exercise?

Hi guys! I'm a 20 year old college senior who is DETERMINED to look fabulous for graduation, but I'm having trouble making time to exercise...any advice?

My last semester of grad school begins in 21 days and I'm determined to start losing now so that when the semester begins I don't loose my motivation. I have 2 job conferences I'm attending and 3 weddings. I want to feel as confident as I do on the inside as I do on the outside. So here we go.

I keep reminding myself that just one step at a time. Now that I'm blogging I hope to keep myself accountable.
