I've been doing WW PP for 4 weeks now. I lost 4.6 the first week out. The last two I have gained back 1lb. But they were the 2 weeks of Xmas and New Years. So now I expect to lose.  I started fresh yesterday.  Although my choices were okay, but the Snickers (6 pts) was not worth it. I have upped my activity too. I ran 2 miles yesterday and today. Planning Zumba tomorrow!  I made the WW Potato /Canadian Bacon Chowder in my slow cooker today. It was yummy. Add pepper!

Congrats Lisa! That's awesome news - holy cow I had no idea a snickers was 6points! But live and learn.... my first weigh in on the new program will be Tuesday - I'm anxious to see how I'm doing so far.

Cindy good luck on Tuesday.  I had a great workout today. I went for a Zumba Class and they switched to Cardio Dance. Think Zumba meets Hip Hop with Latin thrown in. Oh My...I earned 12 activity points since it went for an hour...going back at 5:45 am for the Monday class.  Let me know how you make out Tuesday.

Lisa... I am seriously DYING to try Zumba! As we speak I am looking at switching to a gym that offers tons of fitness classes - including Zumba and Kickboxing... I'll update you on weigh in progress! Good luck to you as well :)

Cindy,  so I took the Zumba class!  Which they switched to introduce "Cardio Dance".. So this was Zumba, Pop, Latin and Hip Hop!  Oh my, great work out, loads of fun. Went back this am at 5:45 and did it again.  The music is great, current pop tunes from Usher, Shakira, Kesha etc... Definitely give this a try. Course, now I'm tired. Getting up and out the door by 5:10 am was tough!

I bought the Nature Valley Granola Thins with Dark Chocolate and they are AMAZING.  They are small and 2 points but a GREAT sweet and crunchy treat.  They remind me of graham cracker and chocolate cookies.  I am thinking about making them into a sandwich with FF cool whip and putting them in the freezer for a dessert sometime.

Ok Heather that sounds freaking AMAZING! I'm going to have to look into that this week - I planned my meals and snacks last week but didn't have any sweet snacky foods in there for that post-dinner sweet tooth - that suggestion sounds PERFECT!

Heather, I also bought those and love them! So does the Kid which makes it a bonus. they are great in the evening or with the afternoon coffee. Totally gives you that sweet treat feeling.

I made WW PP Slow Cooker Pumpkin Oatmeal.  YUMMO...1 cup is 5pts.  Give this a try.
