Ok found another review that scares me alittle...sounds like a gym is a MUST and the time commitment it 1-1.5 hours a day.  I really don't have that kind of time...hmmm more to think about!

Erin, when I did the livefit trainer last year, I was in and out in 45 min. Sometimes you have to adjust a little but it never took me longer than an hour to do :)

I keep reading in blogs that there is a FB page for LiveFit for people that are doing it at home and the people there shared great ideas for adapting the exercises.  I don't even have FB, lol.  But if anyone can find it, please share it here!  I'd love to check it out, as I'm sure others would as well!

I need more groceries.  On my list for this week are: kale, mixed baby greens, broccoli rabe, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, oranges, eggs & lean pork!
