Hello! My name is Colleen. I am a mom of 2young boys and lost all my baby weight last year. I have 15 pounds to go to get to my final goal weight of 135. I am close to my next goal of 145 . I do weight training 3 times a week and eat consciously when I am really motivated. I run but haven't done any running in quite awhile. Depending on the time of the month, I make good or bad choiced. I have let go of the guilt when I eat crappy. It helps me move forward faster.

Ok so as as a group leader I seem to suck. I have been out of the know for a few weeks now & haven't taken the time to get on here. I see that we have new members and I say welcome & good luck on your weight loss journey. This coming week I plan to actually get on it and start eating right & working out. I have been slacking, but thank goodness for the breastfeeding because I have dropped 4 lbs :) yay!! Anyhoo if anyone has any suggestions for a weekly challenge for next week. I am all ears !! !

I've fallen off the weight loss wagon the last few weeks too. Just some family sickness and a lot of things going on. Plus I just haven't been motivated :) but I'm determined to get back on track in November! Here's to starting fresh! :)

Never a better time than now with winter approaching. I have some small goals for the week. I would like to drink more water and practice portion control. Also, no carbs after 5 p.m. I swear that's a good one! It works well for me.

Hi Every one . Guess my goal is the same as every one else. Need to shed off weight after having 2 adorable girls. Plan to have another soon since the last is 3 1/2 but I dont want to gain so much weight during pregnancy as I normally do. I weigh 176 lbs and is 5'6. I have an appetite and enjoy beer alot. I hate to work out and never stick to any exercise or diet plan. So am hoping time round things will be different.
