I see that we have new members and I say welcome & good luck on your weight loss journey. This coming week I plan to actually get on it and start eating right & working out. I have been slacking, but thank goodness for the breastfeeding because I have dropped 4 lbs :) yay!! Anyhoo if anyone has any suggestions for a weekly challenge for next week. I am all ears !! !
