I am done with week one and moving to week two on Sunday. I am running a 5K on June 28th (I know I will actually be Walk / running, but I had a goal to do a 5K before the 4th of July so here I go! ) Thanks for creating this group. I am excited about it!

Hi! Im on week 3...first workout!! Someone may have to abandon me on the interstate to start the second workout! haha! nah..not that bad!

I'm planning to start doing a couch to 5k on Monday. I've always wanted to run but never thought I could do it. Of course never tried. I'm hoping that I can stick with it.

I've actually done most of this before, but I have only ever gotten to running 20 minutes and then I fell off. So, like many of you, I am starting tomorrow - June 1st! I find that running on the treadmill was easy but running outside is always an issue. So this time I am doing it outside only. So tomorrow, it's ON!

Good luck, ladies, starting tomorrow. I am going to be postponing my start to July because I have one more month of studying so might as well get through that first and really focus on will be such a treat! Let us know how you do!

I'm so psyched that I found this group! I had started C25K two weeks ago but overdid it and began to have knee troubles. My plan is to pick up tomorrow with week 2 day 1. I haven't set a goal 5K yet but would like to do a sprint triathlon next summer. Has anyone else downloaded the podcasts to help with the timing?

Well, I overslept this morning and decided I'd rather go to see "Sex and the City" than go to the gym for a run. So Monday will be Week 3, Session 3. I promise!
