Calling all bikers! I've recently rekindled my love for biking. I remember how much fun it was to riding my bike as a kid. Now I ride my bike around my neighborhood and I feel like a kid again. Best part is, it's helping me lose weight. Join me??

I have a great rail to trail near work. From late spring to late fall I get out on my bike after work for a 10+ mile ride. I started this 3 years ago after a long time away from my bike. I love it. I find it clears my head after a long day at the office. I just started this week after finishing P90 & it still kicks my butt. It really helps the thighs & butt. This is my spring summer work out. Now that I am getting the diet thing going strong, this should be my best year ever.

I hit the trail 3 days last week. Got 10-12 miles in. I really just love riding. But my hands did tingle some after all that riding. It did rain so I did 4 days of P90 too. Next week the weather should be good so I plan to shoot for 5 days.

I started to love biking when I signed up for a sprint triathlon last year.  I had a mountain bike at the time.  I now have a road bike and besides step aerobics, road biking is my favorite thing to do!!!!

When my friend had told me he could repair my old mountain bike, I decided to give it a chance...it has been about 5 weeks and it helps me a lot with loosing weight. I can say for sure that riding a bike is one of my biggest favourites.
