My dress fits beautifully! I've had my final fitting. Now I just need to stay the exact same size for 4 weeks. I think I can do that!

I peeked at my dress yesterday. It is so beautiful! My first fitting is Nov. 3. I can totally lose 15 lbs by then...right?

Tomorrow I go shopping for a special bra that I can wear under my wedidng dress. The alterations lady wanted to just add some padding, but I know I won't feel comfortable without underwire keeping things front and center. I'm really hoping the Victoria's Secret 100-way bra will work. Wish me luck!

Tomorrow I go pick up my wedding dress. It had to be taken in quite a lot in the bodice. Now I'm worried it will be too tight. (I had that happen years ago to a dress I had altered when I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding.) I keep reminding myseld that if there is a problem I do have 7 weeks to deal with it. Wish me luck. I will post photos soon.

4 months away from the day. I ordered a size 12 (one of the rare designers that doesn't jump up the sizes) and Wed. night I tried on the store's sample size 10. It was too BIG. I think alterations are going to cost me a fortune as it already needs to be taken in 2 dress sizes and maybe more since I still am trying to lose more weight. I know I should be happy about all of this but I'm more stressed about the cost of alterations.

My wedding is in 2 months, and I would LOVE to lose 20 lbs by then.  So far I have dropped 20--so anything additional would just be nice lol.

When I ordered my dress I was measuring in at a Size 20.  I purchased a size 16--which fits (a "little" snug but not bad and no fat bulges).  Ideally I would like to drop another 10 lbs and the dress would fit perfect, although I would LOVE to need some alterations to the bodice.

I have my first fitting with the seamstress in 3 weeks--I want to workout everyday between now and then and hopefully my dress fits beautifully!
