Hi, I'm on day was TOUGH day 1 and 2 but today wasn't that bad...did level 1 all three days, plan to keep it up (getting better weights) for a while then move up to level 2...I'm glad other people are doing it too...we can keep each other motivated to get in that 20 min EVERY day!

I start Day 1 in the morning. I'm afraid that I'm going to be so sore I won't be able to run on Friday. =P

I am going to start it when I get me some 5lb weights. I got the DVD and was trying to find others who are on the same program. Thanks for starting this group.

Hah! Look how active our group is already! Hehe.

I'm shocked that there wasn't a group already made for this (if there is, I completely missed it). It seems like there are a lot of posts and questions about it so I thought it would be nice to gather us all up in one place. =D

You guys are inspiring me to dust off my 30 day shred dvd and start doing it again. I was thinking about starting a weight lifting workout at you think that I can do this instead the weight training? Or should I be trying to do both? I am currently jogging/running to get my cardio in, but I don't do and strength training.
What are your thoughts on this?

Yay! I just got the dvd this morning and will be trying it out tomorrow! I'm really excited. I currently belong to a gym and spend most of my time on the treadmill, but I'm looking to mix it up. I've heard lots of good things about this dvd- so here's to hoping it works :)

I just finished my 5th workout today (level 1). I've noticed such a huge difference in just this short amount of time. The first day I could do about 2 push-ups and couldn't finish the bicycle kicks at the end. Today I did 10 push-ups at a time and finished the bicycle kicks!

Has anyone signed up for the 30 day free trial for Jillian's "diet plan" online? I wanted to do it, but I am so bad at canceling things when I need to, and I refuse to pay $4 for someone to tell me what to eat...if you signed up for the trial, would you mind posting the menu here?

Thanks Susan. I think I will use the 30 day shred to get me into doing some low weight work. I think if I can make it through the spring doing this program, then I'll start doing a routine with heavier weights. :)

they are alot of blog dedicated to the 30 Day Shred. I love it that they call themselves Shredheads. I wish we could adapt what they are doing to this group. Hope I am not steeping on toes but it is a great idea.
