Our Goals:

1. To be healthy.
2. To loose weight.
3. To be a good example
4. To fit in those clothes
5. To run again or start

Are these any of your goals?

No matter your goals we are all here for the same purpose.
In here I think we should be able to track our progress. They say it takes 21 days to change, make a new habit. Well lets go for 30 and see how we are doing! Do you need a challenge? Post your goals in here that you want to accomplish for 2 weeks out or 30 days out etc. Let us know when you make your goals. Let us know when you miss a goal. No matter what keep trying and don't give up. We are here for each other.

So I read that others might be interested in something like this, but I didn't see it created yet. So I made one. I hope that is ok! I really liked the ideas that were being talked about. I know I could use a challenge, and the accountability! I hope you will join with me to get back on track, or whatever you might need!

We start TODAY! :) Why put if off till tomorrow or next week. We start now. No matter what you have done or not done. :) Know that we are all in the same situations in one way or another. We are all human and we need the support of others.

My goal is to get closer to my goal weight. Only 7.4 lbs to go and I have really wasted the last couple of months...gain one lose one etc. So HERE I GO!!! I'm game for this. Official goals: lose 3-4 lbs this month, do not end up with all the birthday party cake (send home with others), and a non WW goal to help me get my mind off of it some is finish painting the bedroom!! Good luck!

my goals for the next 30 days are...

to step up the workouts through running and lifting, at least 5 times per week.

to pay attention to the details of what i'm eating, cutting out the extra that my body doesn't really need for fuel.

to stabilize at my goal weight of 150. (about 4 pounds from where i am now.)

to encourage myself with the belief that i can do what i set my mind to.

OK. I'm ready.

My goals to aim for by June 6:

1. To continue with the Couch to 5K training program. (I just finished the first week.)

2. To lose at least 5 more pounds. (More would be better, of course. I'd love to lose an average of 2 pounds a week, which would be 10 in 30 days ... but I don't want to set my expectations too high!)

My long-term goal (to be reached by the time my niece or nephew is born in November) is to get to my goal weight of 160-165. (I haven't really decided yet. I want to set one that I can maintain fairly easily so I can stop paying for WW meetings!)
