No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today, I did a whopping 3 hours in the gym!
Then my friend convinced me to go on a "nature walk" whose trail was supposed to be a mile that ended back where we started but ended up being 3.5 miles! Being that we were in the woods, I kept my walk at a brisk pace and even jogged through some of the scarier bits!
Working out is becoming ADDICTING!
I did all that without passing out after we were done!
Progress in the endurance department!

Excellent Job...I love walking nature trails...if only there were not sting or blood sucking bugs
