No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I dont understand why doctors ect. keep telling people just to "excersise more, eat less"...like its just that easy for everyone. I really believe there are things that make us different, and these need to be understood so they can be worked on and weightloss programs made more effective!
Im currently doing a project (that will hopefully be published and available in a journal) on psychological differences that contribute to eating behaviour. I think (hope) its an important one but Im having difficulty gathering as many people as I need to make this research happen though (I need LOTS of people, guys and girls aswell)! If you have 15 minutes spare would you be able to do my survey? I think (again hope) its kind of interesting, the questions are about relationships and love and eating. If you do try give it a go, please do try make it to the end because otherwise I cannot use your answers (most people take 15, some 20 minutes, I promise). You can pause at any time as well though, just dont close the window and you can always finish it off later!
