Has anyone been using mindfulness techniques to help with their weight loss journey? I have just recently started reading about mindfulness and I am trying to use this to make myself more self aware of the habits that divert me from my health and wellness goals.  I would love to find out how others use mindfulness to assist in their weight loss journey.

Absolutely!  Feeling my hunger, eating until I feel satisfied, stopping before fullness, eating without distraction, they are all ways I use mindfulness to help with weight loss.  Also, knowing what I like to eat.  Great topic!

Hi.. I recently surfed on internet about different ways for weight and fat loss. There I found a natural supplement called the nut of India- It is good and simple way for removing the excess weight of the body. Also try doing regular exercises to maintain a good body.
