You mean-like a soup with no broth base or cream base?
And a salad w/no dressing and no unveggie toppings?
Not sure if I understand the question.....
(Though avocado seems to be very versatile for salads, soups, dips, dressings etc--though it's higher in calories)
spinach+watercress+onion+garlic+stock. cook for ten mins then blend. add a potato or 2 if too thin. yum.
