I would like to see if there is any other ideas for a green salad and soup made from greens only that I might be able to use. Tks :)

You mean-like a soup with no broth base or cream base?
And a salad w/no dressing and no unveggie toppings?
Not sure if I understand the question.....
(Though avocado seems to be very versatile for salads, soups, dips, dressings etc--though it's higher in calories)
