No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
There are so many things to do with greek yogurt besides eating it from the container.
What do you like to do with it????
Post it on here to help others try new things with it and get out of the box!!
I sometimes make sort of a parfait sort of thing-like I mix some truvia with the plain flavor and a little cocoa powder then I layer it with kashi cocoa beach granola and frozen blackberries. Sometimes just only the granola-and sometimes Nature's Path peanut butter granola.
Sometimes I mix a little Bell Plantation PB2 with it (and some truvia) and use it as a dip for slices of granny smith apples!

Permalink Reply by megg on December 13, 2011 at 1:06pm I tried Greek yogurt a couple times and did not care for the taste. I must have to mix it with something to make it taste alright. So it's a healthier choice I take it?

Yeah-don't have it plain. If you have a sweet tooth, do like what I did in the first post of this thread--or sweeten it and add some fruit--something to make it better for you! If you don't have a sweet tooth, use it in place of mayo or sour cream in your fave recipes!

Permalink Reply by Almost There on December 14, 2011 at 10:06am I mix it with berries (fresh or frozen) and about a teaspoon of lemon curd or raspberry jam. If I want it to be more like a dessert topping for my berries I mix in a little reduced fat whipped topping. I also use it as a straight up substitute for sour cream on potatoes or mexican food.
Permalink Reply by Laura Lohr on January 29, 2012 at 6:45am I am completely stuck on having it with granola and berries---the more berries the better. It tastes amazing and I have it 3 times a week or more!
I also use it in place of sour cream.
Permalink Reply by jennifer downs on April 18, 2012 at 4:11pm are we talking about the proper double cream version? or the boring low fat version? because personally i use it as acream substitute in everything (or go half-and-half cream and yoghurt) because i tell myself 9g of fat is better than 32g per 100g. maybe i am kidding myself, but my salad dressings taste amazing.
