No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
It was my first week of boot camp training which is group training and pretty hard! I also used this blog and my fitness pal and did a great job and lost 11 pounds! It was my first weigh in and I know that it will slow down after awhile but I'm super excited :)
WOW! If I could lose 11 pounds in a week I'd be dancing on the ceiling.
WAY TO GO!!!
