No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

This month has been all about getting back into shape after injury, sickness, and many other obstacles.  I started training for a marathon on January 6.  I started counting my calories earlier this month.

Although it has been a slow, difficult (sometimes) process and I have messed up pretty bad, I am down 11 pounds and I couldn't be happier!

his is great.  January is really tough to get back in the swing of things.  Good luck with the marathon training.  I can't even imagine that.  I am hoping for 10 K in May.

Congratulations! I am just now starting my weight loss journey and have decided to try counting calories.  How many calories are you eating a day?
